Plant Propagation April 27th

One of the wonders of nature that inspired me in my gardening life is how a seed grows into a tree; I discover this at 6 or 7 years old and the wonder has never left. Propagating plants has developed in an obsessive compulsive disorder that helps populate the garden.

In our plant propagation workshop we hope to stimulate a desire to multiply your stock of garden plants from seed, cuttings and division. We will dig up things from around the garden, depending on season, and pot up for you to take home for your garden.

The workshops have a maximum of eight people so you can get practical experience not just a demonstration.

The course are 2 hours long 10-12 on a Saturday or 6.30 to 8.30 on Wednesday evenings. You are welcome to arrive early and look around or stay after to enjoy the garden. We are here to answer your questions on the day or anytime after by email or message.
